I have been a patient at Coyne Dentistry for several decades, first with Dr. Bill Coyne, and now with his son, Dr. Jonathan Coyne. Recently I have had a bridge replacement with implants and Drs. Bill and Jonathan Coyne and their staff has gone overboard to accommodate my appointment conflicts. On every visit I have been met with a friendly and most caring service by the dentists, dental assistants, hygienists and office personnel. My wife and I highly recommend Coyne Dentistry.

For those of you that are looking for a dentist, a replacement dentist , new in the area...I Highly recommend Coyne Dentistry...Jonathan Coyne is AMAZING.. .... I NEVER leave disappointed 😁 My problem is chipping/cracking or breaking....Jonathan will repair without trying to give me the most expensive option, he also does a Great Job , but Most of all he doesn't judge & always has a positive attitude... I've been going to Dr. Coyne office for 35+ years, since i was i small child and now they see all my kids too. i always keep going back because i trust them 100%, they are great people, even the office staff is amazing. I highly recommended theses guys. Alecia was amazing to work with too. She made me feel comfortable with conversation.

We have been clients at Coyne Dentistry for years. Today's visit was another positive experience. I had a front tooth with an extremely old filling that was chipped and loose. Dr. Jon Coyne replaced it painlessly as I had opted not to have the area numbed. He also fully explained what he was doing each step of the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This morning one of my molars chipped off😱. I called the office and spoke with Mary. She got me in that day😊. Dr Jonathon Coyne and his assistant took wonderful care of me and my chipped tooth. They installed a temp crown with ease and no pain! I’ve been a patient of Dr Coyne Sr since my teens! I am now 67 and still come here for my dental care. I am grateful for their kind, skillful and compassionate care

My family and I moved to Centerville in 1986 and I asked a neighbor for a recommendation for a family dentist. From the start we have felt we were in good hands with Dr. Coyne and glad to see his son joining the dentistry. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctors, everyone is very knowledgeable and I feel we are in good hands. The doctors take their time and explain each step, taking care not to cause pain. They are A-1.

My kids visited Coyne Dentistry for the first time and had a great experience. My daughter said I really like that place, the people were so friendly and it's very clean and bright. My son said Dr. Coyne was really nice and gave him some good pointers on taking care of his teeth. Dr. Coyne also gave me a thorough report afterwards.

Our family has been coming to Coyne Dentistry for over 40 years, and I have found everyone there to consistently be thoughtful, caring, efficient, willing to work with whatever special needs we might have. They have gone above and beyond to help us through occasional dental emergencies we have encountered. Truly a first-class group of people!

The staff and the dentist are very friendly and personable. They get to know who you are and they don't seem to be in a rush to get you out. Check in, wait time and check out was flawless. Very thorough from front office to back. The staff all seem to enjoy their job. I would recommend to everyone.. thanks for another great visit.

I’ve been a patient at Coyne Dental for years, and have always received the best care. I now live almost an hour away, and it’s worth the drive to come here. The receptionists, my hygienist, and the dentists are kind and professional, and never make me feel pressured or like they are in a hurry. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience i’ve ever had at a dentist. This first appt took 1 1/2 hours to make a detailed assesment of my teeth and better be able to track changes over time. All members of the staff from reception , to Taylor, my Hygienist, and Dr John, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent dental practice!! Really appreciate the thorough cleanings I receive from all their hygienists. Today was Alisha who is wonderful and works so hard to get my very old teeth coffee stain free! No pain either! And Dr. Jon is a great dentist. Checks everything thoroughly but will not ever do any unnecessary procedures. Really appreciate his kindness and excellence. Highly recommend this practice to all.

Got in right away, taken to very clean and relaxing room facing a windows, which was covered up except for about 1/3 at top so I could watch the clouds drift slowly and peacefully by. Had a nice tv in room showing pictures of wild animals with description of the picture. Wendy, the dental assistant, was very kind, gentle and kept an eye on me in-between doctor coming in to work on me. Dr. Coyne was wonderful, as always, explaining everything he was going to do, was doing and gave me options of what the plan should be. I LOVE THIS OFFICE!!! Caring, friendly, kind people in all areas of the building. You can not go wrong seeing this office. Very much pain-free at all times!!!!

I had a dental emergency and called when the office opened. Although their day was completely booked they worked me in for an appointment and took care of my emergency. Dr. John Coyne could not have given me better treatment or care. Everyone was so helpful, and I was greatly relieved to go about my day!

I love Coyne Dentistry. I have been coming here on and off since 2006. I haven't found a better dentist in the area. Very practical and great service! The dentists are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had invisalign done here and I love how much easier it is to take care of my teeth. They also did my crown.

Dr Jon and every single person at Coyne Dentistry is truly amazing — genuinely kind, caring, professional and so very good at what they do! My daughter needed extensive repair work and Dr Jon and team not only did an exceptional job, he and everyone helped her emotionally get through a very long and tough process. Dr. Coyne, as well as everyone else in the office, are very kind and helpful. I have never been to an office where every single person is so kind! They are great with my whole family. Coyne Denistry is very professional and skilled at their trade. We have been going to Coyne for nearly 30 years and my wife has been going there since a child. The hygienists are very thorough and the dentist comes in to do a personal check each visit. I have never had a new cavity since getting my teeth cleaned twice a year and the two crowns I’ve gotten done were due to previous cavities and fillings as a teenager prior to going to Coyne. Both crowns fit nicely and I haven’t had a problem with either one. Bottom line; good people who are good at their profession.

Coyne Dentistry has done an excellent job with my entire family! I was brought into the practice just about a year ago. I’ve had a few cleanings and recently had a crown put on one of my back teeth. Everything was top notch. I’m very happy with the practice! Another cleaning today. Everything was great! They run a very clean and organized establishment. Coyne Dentistry are true professionals.

I met with Ms Hope on Monday for my dental cleaning. I found her to be very dedicated and a seasoned professional. She was very focused on keeping my cleaning as painless as possible. She has a great sense of humor to help make the procedure enjoyable. I will certainly ask for her again. She was great!!!

Doctor Jonathan and his team are beyond great professionals. They really care about their patients, they are very knowledgeable and make sure to easy explain the details of services to you and the quality of service is top notch. My family and I have been going to Coyne’s for years and we refer them to our friends and family knowing that they’ll be in good hands. I love how my kids love to go to the dentist! They treat kids with respect and make sure that kids are comfortable for the treatment. Also, they have a “kids day” where the kids play outside games, get goody bags, jump on the bouncy house, and enjoy crafts activities.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I was able to have an appointment as a new patient on the same day. Ann, Lilli, and the front desk staff were welcoming and supportive. Ashley, my dental assistant was extremely reassuring and professional. Dr Meghan was amazing. She was kind, and did amazing work on my chipped tooth. She is a wonderful health care provider and I feel fortunate to be under her care.

Before I tell you how wonderful Coyne Dentistry is, I have to mention a bit about my family. We come with some unique challenges. My son (8) has sensory issues and can’t handle certain sounds like music, air conditioning, loud breathing at times, etc. He also has tactile sensory problems, so working on his teeth with drills was a non starter. Coyne Dentistry took the time to listen to all of this and made a plan to adjust their normal operating behavior to accommodate us. My son has already had two dentists fail him and as a result, his guard was up and his experiences were terrible. Everyone at Coyne Dentistry knew how to make him feel comfortable, explained what to expect and walked him three each step to keep him at ease during the whole process. He has been back for other appointments with no problems at all. My wife and I are overly thrilled about how stress free our appointments have been. We also have a teenager who is a patient there. She has experienced the same kind, patience service and likes everyone at Coyne Dentistry. From the service to the technology, they are 100% committed to providing the very best possible for all their clients. 5 Stars is easily earned

I’ve been missing my molars for many years which has caused my bite to be off and TMJ issues. I had 2 implants placed by Dr. Molina yesterday. She made sure I was completely numb and comfortable before starting and it was over before I knew it! Had some discomfort that was manageable with ibuprofen and Tylenol. I woke up with zero pain this morning. Highly recommend!

Today I had my semi-annual cleaning and check up at the wonderful Coyne Dentistry office. My hygienist, Alicia, was very warm, friendly, and professional. She made me feel at ease, and spent some time getting to know more about me since this was the first time I met her. Dr. Coyne was kind, gentle and thorough as always. Then there’s Mary at the front desk. She is by far the sweetest, most uplifting person I know. She just puts joy in my heart every time! Thank you to all of you terrific people!

Our family has trusted Coyne Dentistry since 1986. Dr. Jonathon Coyne and Dr. Meghan Molina, the hygienists and office staff are continuing the Coyne tradition of excellent care. As our kids grew, we particularly appreciated the understanding and respectful way the whole team treated them. There is no fear of dentists in our family, in fact, quite the contrary. Now in my senior years, I continue to look forward to my visits, knowing I'll be welcomed as part of the "Coyne Practice family" and treated with skill and kindness by everyone on the team. I’ve been a patient of Coyne Dentistry since 1976 or 1977. From Dr Bill to now Dr John & their staff they’ve always been AWESOME! As an adult now going through Invisalign, Dr Coyne and staff are an integral part of the team. Proper dental hygiene is crucial in a person’s overall wellbeing and I’m very happy to have Coyne dentistry as part of my overall healthcare.

I have been a patient of Coyne Dentistry for over 40 years. I have had root canals, crowns, partials, etc. All procedures are performed with care and precision. Dr. Coyne is also an excellent communicator. All the staff are upbeat, courteous and highly professional. You can tell this is a good place to work.

Best dentists in Kettering Ohio! Sweet, loving people that really seem to care for their patients. They are informative and supportive on your decision. I am very weary of dentist from back past experience and the dentist took that in account and were considerate. I won't go anywhere else,no matter what. Definitely worth going to.

Absolutely fantastic people. I have POTs and unfortunately had a bad reaction to the epinephrine in the numbing agent. Through the whole ordeal they took extremely good care of me. I decided to continue with the procedure after the issue and everyone was so nice making sure I knew I was in control of everything Never making me feel pressured. I can't recommend them enough!

New patient. Very nice office, friendly staff, and Dr. Coyne is kind, takes his time to discuss everything with you, and you make treatment decisions together. I was surprised the fees for services are about the same as my last dentist in Florida several years ago. Very happy to be their new patient.

I have been a patient of the Coyne family for over 30 years. I used the word “family” because that is how they treat you. Great staff, no nonsense care. They maintain contact to verify appointments and when you have to cancel, they do everything they can to get you back on the schedule if there are cancellations.

I absolutely recommend Coyne to anyone, but especially those with children. I used to worry about taking my (nosey & energetic) children to the dentist for fear that they’d get into something, or on someone’s nerves.. not anymore. This place is amazing! Years of anxiety and neglect were met with very understanding and amazing dentist. I honestly expected this appointment to not end well due to severe anxiety but not once did I feel that. From the front desk to the exam room, you couldn’t ask for a better staff. We have been long-time patients, dating back to when we first moved to Dayton in 1997. The service delivered has always been with care and concern, and it shows. It must be a great place to work because there is little/no turnover. I have had the same hygienist since before he moved into the new building. Everyone in the office feels like family. Coyne Dentistry is fantastically caring and interested in making sure you don't feel terrified to go to the dentist. All the Dental assistants are very kind and friendly, Dr. Jon is very conscientious about explaining everything so that you feel confident you understand what is going on and why, and everyone is very patient and encouraging. In particular I need to highlight Mary today. Five stars, Mary. I needed to schedule a crown appt, and she had the cost info ready for me. When it turned out to be quite a bit more than I prepared for, I called her back two more times that day to ask questions to understand all the whats/whys/what ifs of the situation. She checked my file for me to confirm what the situation was, provided info about the potential risks and feasibility of putting the crown off to a better financial time frame, and what were the possibilities if the tooth were to fracture in the meantime, what if it fractured too deeply, what options are there if the tooth has to be removed and roughly what costs we'd be looking at in that case - every question I had so I could make an informed decision, from best case to worst case. Frankly, I thought I might have to schedule another appointment for that kind of info, and it was an unexpected delight that she could provide that for me over the phone. Thanks so much Mary for your help and patience!

The best dentist team this side of the Mississippi. The ladies at the front desk besides lovely and kind, are very helpful and always have timely responses. And Dr. Jonathan is the most kind and professional. Always so helpful and does great work. The hygienists and assistants are top tier. Amazing office, every part.

I’ve been going to Coyne dentistry for 44 years . I had my first major procedure today at the age of 73 . Dr Jonathan and his assistant Sara were wonderful making me feel relaxed and comfortable and easing my anxiety . The procedure was totally painless . Jonathan talked me thru the entire procedure . This team exceeded my expectations for this procedure. I and my family have always had exceptional care and treatment . Highly recommended

My experience at Coyne Dentistry has been excellent, which in my case is really saying something. I have pretty severe dental phobia and avoided dental treatment for years and years, resulting in a LOT of work being done. I was referred to Coyne, took a deep breath and got it ALL done. I have a long history of not showing up for or cancelling routine appointments because of my discomfort...but I am now done with all the big stuff (I never felt shamed there at all, which is a VERY big deal, doesn't happen everyehwere) and am just a regular check-up and cleaning person who attends every appointment. Never thought that would happen.The front desk staff are efficient and SO friendly and all of the hygienists have been terrific. Amazing.

Update: I got a text prompt to leave a review, and it has been quite a while since my previous review and I've been several times since. They have continued to be awesome, understanding and helpful, and helped me to set realistic and achievable improvements in my regular dental care, rather than contributing to a pervading sense of inadequacy that I have felt regarding my teeth generally. Evidently the app remembered the text from my previous/original review, so I'm just gonna leave it here for others considering making a first time appointment. Highly recommend Coyne Dentistry! They are very kind and gentle. Dr. Coyne explained everything as he worked and even had a little dry erase board to sketch visual explanations for the work needed for my teeth. I'm not generally a person afraid of the dentist, but due to lack of insurance and personal reasons I haven't been to a dentist in years - so I was pretty worried about my teeth being painfully sensitive. (And also being scolded for how poorly I've taken care of them!) Their entry form actually includes questions about being afraid of the dentist and asks if you've had bad dental experiences in the past, so you can see even before you get started that they know many people struggle and they care about making your visit as smooth and painless as possible. There's a scale of 1-10 to rate your nervousness; I answered 5 and they noted that was pretty common, and that generally they'd just keep a dialogue going and that would probably be enough as a distraction, but the laughing gas was an option too if I wanted it. Also, I never felt judged about my teeth; Dr. Coyne even noted it looked like I was doing a good job brushing! I especially appreciated that because I had fallen out of the habit for a long time and just recently began working hard to restore and improve the habit and it was VERY encouraging to hear him validate that I was doing well. I cannot recommend them enough - if you're scared to see a dentist but know you need to, these people are the ones to see!

I have been with this practice since 1975. My 33 year old twins started with this practice when they were 3. I’ve never had a complaint. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with all procedures. I highly recommend this practice! 🌻

Coyne Dentistry is probably the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. The place just has… great energy! The office administrators are unflappable… they’re ALWAYS welcoming and super efficient - definitely On Point! The hygienists are awesome… they’re all adept at using the latest dental technology…(or at least that I’ve been exposed to) … highly skilled … very warm, & down to earth: the ultimate professionals. Lastly, Dr. Ryan Platt is probably the only dentist I have trusted with the dental care for me and my son. He tells it like it is….. ultimately he wants people to be healthy. He is genuinely more concerned with that than pushing the latest teeth whitening procedure on you … Sure if you go in asking about it you’ll get sound advice - but that’s not his MO. He’s also great with kids and teens! My son actually LIKES going to the dentist now.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I kind grew up around some of the people that have stuck around and they are always super caring and always asking if I’m doing well and what I’ve been up to in life and I genuinely feels really great to grow up with them like they’re family friends of mine. One the dentists also looks and sounds like Ryan Reynolds so that’s huge plus

The staff, hygienists (I love Beth!) and doctors are an amazing team. They truly care about their patients as people and remember everyone's family. They are patient and understanding even with my kids who have been going there since they were 3 years old and they’ve learned to love going to the dentist. Thank you!

OMYGOOODNESS!!! My teeth have never looked so PERFECT! I had broken a front tooth off and figured, 'Well, that will never be the same." And it wasn't. . .by the time all procedures were completed my teeth looked like they belonged in a dental ad for a perfect smile. NO exaggeration! At 76 y/o it's wonderful to have that going for you. Smiling a lot more now, Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Ryan!!! Want to thank the dental assistants too, they were professional and extremely friendly and helpful. What a comfort to know going to the dentist can actually be a pleasant and rewarding experience.

The entire team at Coyne are very professional, kind and understanding. Throughout the Covid 19 pandemic we always felt safe and cared for as the Coyne team went above and beyond for their patients and staff.
